  • Shipping time: Once it's shipped, expect it to arrive in about 5–7 business days (Monday - Friday)
  • Free shipping: Yep, it's on us for all orders worldwide!

How Shipping Works
After you place your order, we'll send you a confirmation email right away so you know we've got it and are starting to get it ready. We usually pack things up and get them ready to ship within 1–2 business days (Monday - Friday). As soon as your package is on its way, you'll get another email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Most of the time, your order should arrive within 5–7 business days (Monday - Friday) after it's shipped. And just a reminder, delivery is worldwide free!

Delays
Most orders arrive in the expected time (including processing and shipping), but sometimes it can take a little longer. This might happen during busy holiday seasons, high-volume times, or if something unexpected pops up. If your order seems to be taking a bit longer than it should, please hang tight for just an extra 3 business days (Monday - Friday) before reaching out. If it still hasn't shown up after that, please shoot us an email at info@goldensandsboutique.com and we'll definitely look into it for you.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, reach out to us at info@goldensandsboutique.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has started processing.

Items Damaged or Incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send a photo and details to info@goldensandsboutique.com. We’ll make arrangements to send you a replacement or the correct item as soon as possible.
