Return Process
You’re welcome to return your order within 30 days of delivery, no worries. Just make sure the item’s in mint condition — unworn, unused, and in the original packaging with all the tags still attached. We can’t take back anything after the 30-day mark, so don’t leave it too long.
To kick off a return, give us a shout at info@goldensandsboutique.com. We’ll shoot through the next steps for you. Before sending anything back, pack it up nice and secure, and use a trusted courier — we wouldn’t want it going walkabout.
Please note, you’ll need to cover the cost of shipping it back to us.
Refunds
Once we’ve received your returned item and given it a proper once-over, we’ll process your refund straight to your original payment method. This usually takes up to 7 business days, give or take. No need to worry about restocking fees — we don’t charge any.
Exchanges
If you’re keen to swap an item, flick us a message at info@goldensandsboutique.com with the details of what you’re after. We’ll help you sort it out. Just a heads-up — exchanges are only available for unused items returned within 30 days of delivery.
Order Cancellations
If you need to pull the pin on your order, get in touch with us at info@goldensandsboutique.com as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to sort it out, but once the order’s in motion, we can’t always guarantee a cancellation.
Items Damaged or Incorrect?
If your order rocks up damaged or not quite right, snap a photo and shoot through the details to info@goldensandsboutique.com. We’ll get things sorted pronto and send out a replacement or the correct item without delay.
